LocknLock Earns Two Honors at the 2026 IDEA Design Awards

Easy Meal Silicone Steamer wins Bronze, and Suit Sage is named a Finalist

August 26, 2026 — Global home and living company LocknLock earned two honors in the Home category at the 2026 International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) in the United States, underscoring its design capabilities.

Organized by the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA), IDEA is an internationally recognized design awards program that evaluates entries on criteria including design innovation, user experience, functionality, and social impact. LocknLock’s Easy Meal Silicone Steamer won Bronze, and its Suit Sage cookware collection was named a Finalist.

The Easy Meal Silicone Steamer is designed for easy microwave cooking. Its domed lid helps retain moisture and heat ingredients evenly, keeping food moist and flavorful.

The steamer is designed so users can grip the lid and steamer handles together, helping keep hot steam from escaping while handling it. LocknLock’s Clean Guard UV treatment helps reduce dust buildup and contamination during use, making the steamer easier to keep clean.

The Suit Sage cookware collection pairs a contemporary sage green finish with natural wood accents. The collection includes frying pans and pots, with natural wood used for the long handles, side handles, and lid knobs to provide a secure grip.

A nonstick ceramic coating helps prevent food from sticking, making cooking and cleanup easier. The frying pans also feature an Oil Locking System that distributes oil evenly across the center of the pan. This lets users prepare flavorful meals with less oil and helps minimize splatter during cooking.

The company has earned recognition in Korea and abroad. It ranked first in the airtight container category at the 2026 Korea First Brand Awards for the 10th consecutive year and was voted No. 1 in kitchenware by Vietnamese consumers for the third consecutive year. In the Korea Brand Power Index, LocknLock ranked first in airtight containers for the 23rd consecutive year and in kitchenware for the 10th consecutive year.
