LocknLock Achieves Double Honors at the KEMI ESG Awards and as a Family-Friendly Excellent Company

Global lifestyle products company LocknLock Co., Ltd. (CEO: Lee Young-Sang) has achieved dual recognition for its ESG management performance by being named an Excellence Award winner at the KEMI ESG Awards 2025and obtaining the Family-Friendly Excellent Company certification.

The KEMI ESG Awards 2025, newly established this year by the Korea ESG Management Institute, aim to identify and promote exemplary ESG management practices by selecting outstanding sustainability reports that demonstrate transparency and consistency. On the 11th, LocknLock was selected as an Excellence Award recipient in the private sector in the sustainability report category.

The evaluation was conducted through a multi-dimensional assessment focusing on compliance with international disclosure standards (such as GRI and ESRS), the quality of ESG disclosure data, engagement with key stakeholders, and the overall structure and completeness of the report. LocknLock received particularly high marks for its tangible environmental improvements, including expanded use of recycled materials, acquisition of ISCC PLUS certification, and systematic management of greenhouse gas emissions.

More recently, LocknLock also achieved the milestone of receiving the Family-Friendly Company certification, administered by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family. This certification is awarded to companies that exemplary operate family-friendly policies supporting work–life balance. LocknLock was recognized as a Family-Friendly Excellent Company for its effective implementation of initiatives such as expanded flexible working arrangements, parental leave and reduced working hours for childcare, family care and bereavement support, and the operation of Family Day programs.
